Shipping

We ship via USPS/UPS and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

If you suspect your purchase is lost in the mail, there are steps you can take to try to locate your package. You can also work with your seller to get tracking information or file a shipping insurance claim, if necessary.

If your order’s tracking information shows that the order was delivered, first check whether someone else in your household or office accepted it. Also, sometimes it can take an extra day for the carrier to deliver the package, even if the tracking information says it was delivered. It’s possible the package arrived at your local postal facility or shipping hub, but just hasn’t made its way to your door yet.

We are generally eager to provide great customer service and may be able to provide tracking information or work with you to find the best possible outcome.

SPECILITE has two shipping methods:expedited shipping and standard shipping.

How to find shipping options

You'll see a Standard Shipping dropdown menu to the right of the item in your cart. Click the menu to choose a faster shipping option.

The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes the seller to create and prepare them for shipment), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier).

Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date

For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the shipping method you chose is usually 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.

Our products are shipped from our California warehouse. We audit our inventory once a week to ensure that our product quality meets the highest standards.

Processing your order takes about 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping usually takes between 5-8 days, but may take up to 10 days.(Fast Shipping usually takes 1-4 days)

For the United States (not available for delivery in some areas): There are two methods: free delivery and expedited delivery, but expedited delivery requires a $10 shipping fee; For Canada, the order amount needs to exceed $100 to successfully place an order. And it also has free delivery and expedited delivery($10 shipping fee).

Only California is taxed, and all other delivery places are tax-included.

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Please rest assured and send us an email at  yellow@hello.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email.

Following your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Due to the current technology, our order can not automatically provide the logistics number. Therefore, if your order has not arrived within 5 days, you can contact our after-sales personnel and ask him to check the logistics number for you. Thank you for your understanding.
